When a contact replies to a sequence, Revnator detects it and — if "pause on reply" is enabled for that sequence — pauses their enrolment automatically. The conversation becomes yours to handle personally instead of the next automated step firing.
A background job runs every 15 minutes, picks up newly received replies, and uses AI to classify each one's sentiment and intent. This turns a pile of replies into a quick read on how your outreach is landing.
