Welcome to the Revnator documentation. Revnator is an AI-native B2B Sales OS built for small sales teams — it replaces the usual stack of separate CRM, outreach, pipeline, calendar, and reporting tools with a single connected workspace.
Revnator brings every part of the sales motion into one app: capturing a lead, qualifying it, running outreach, working the deal, and reporting on the result. Because the data lives in one place, an AI agent can watch every contact, score it, and tell each rep what to do next — without anyone copying records between tools.
Revnator is organised into modules that share the same contact and account data:
Every module uses AI through a single universal router. You can connect your own AI provider key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, Mistral, or Cohere) and use zero credits, or fall back to Revnator-managed AI billed against a monthly credit allowance. AI features include lead and deal scoring, a daily briefing, sequence generation, subject-line optimisation, reply analysis, and meeting prep.
