When you first sign in, Revnator runs a six-step onboarding wizard that takes you from an empty workspace to your first AI-personalised sequence. This guide mirrors that wizard — you can follow it in order or revisit any step later.
The wizard opens with a short summary of what you are about to set up. Click "Let's get started" to begin. Every step after this one is skippable; anything you skip reappears as a checklist on your workspace dashboard.
Enter your workspace name, your full name, job title, company size, and industry. The workspace name is what your team sees in the sidebar — you can rename it later under Settings → Workspace.
Connect the inbox you send from. Gmail and Outlook connect with one click via OAuth; any other provider connects over SMTP. Sequences send through this inbox, so replies land in your normal mailbox and sent mail appears in your Sent folder.
Enter a name, email, company, and title. Revnator automatically finds or creates the matching company account. To bring in many contacts at once, use the bulk-import link instead — see Importing Contacts.
Describe your goal, audience, and tone, and Revnator's AI generates a complete multi-step sequence — subject lines, bodies, and send delays. Review the preview and click "Create this sequence", or start from a blank sequence instead.
The final step summarises what you completed and what you skipped. Click "Go to my workspace" to land on your dashboard, where the AI daily briefing and any unfinished onboarding items are waiting.
