Revnator sends every campaign and sequence email through your own connected inbox — not a shared relay. Recipients see your real address, replies arrive in your normal mailbox, and sent messages appear in your Sent folder. This page covers connecting and managing inboxes.
Go to Email → Settings. The Connected Email Accounts panel shows three options: Gmail, Outlook, and Other Providers (SMTP). You can connect more than one inbox and pick a default.
Gmail sends through the Gmail API and Outlook through Microsoft Graph. Access tokens refresh automatically before they expire, so you do not need to reconnect.
For Zoho, Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail, GoDaddy, Hostinger, Amazon SES, or any custom server, choose Other Providers and pick a preset. Presets auto-fill the host, port, and security settings — you only enter your address and password (an app-specific password where the provider requires one). Revnator tests the connection before saving and stores the password encrypted.
For higher-volume sending you can authenticate a domain instead of an individual inbox. In the Sending Domains section, add your domain, copy the generated DNS CNAME records into your DNS provider, and click Verify. Once the status turns to "verified" the domain can be set as your default sender.
Each connected account shows a provider badge. Use Set as default to choose which inbox sends by default, and Disconnect to remove an account — disconnecting an OAuth inbox also revokes Revnator's tokens with the provider.
