Email Inbox

The Email Inbox is where you read and respond to email activity from your campaigns and sequences, without leaving Revnator.

The two-panel layout

Email → Inbox opens a two-panel view: a list of threads on the left, and the selected thread on the right. Click any thread to read the full conversation.

Filtering threads

Filter tabs across the top narrow the thread list:

• All — every thread
• Unread — threads you have not yet opened
• Replied — threads where the contact replied
• Campaign — threads from email campaigns
• Sequence — threads from sequences

Replying

Each thread has an inline reply composer, so you can respond to a contact directly from the Inbox. Because Revnator sends through your connected inbox, replies stay in the real email thread.

Quick actions

A quick-actions sidebar sits alongside the thread. From it you can change the contact's lead status, add them to a list, or mark the thread as dealt with — keeping your CRM up to date as you work through replies.
