The Email module is where outreach happens. It has three areas: Sequences for multi-step automated outreach, Inbox for reading and triaging replies, and Settings for connected inboxes and sending domains.
Sequences are the primary way to run outreach in Revnator. A sequence is an ordered set of steps — emails, LinkedIn touches, and call tasks — with delays between them. Each email step can be AI-personalised per contact, and the whole sequence is thread-aware and pauses automatically when a contact replies.
Email → Sequences opens the hub: four stat cards (Active Sequences, Contacts Enrolled, Sent This Month, Avg Reply Rate) above a filterable list of sequences. A ✨ AI badge marks any sequence that uses AI personalisation. Filter tabs split sequences into All, Active, Draft, Paused, and Archived.
The Inbox is a two-panel view of email activity — a list on the left, the selected thread on the right. Filter tabs cover All, Unread, Replied, Campaign, and Sequence. From the Inbox you can change a contact's lead status, add them to a list, or mark a thread as dealt with.
Email → Settings holds your connected inboxes and authenticated sending domains. Connect at least one inbox before sending — see Connecting Your Email.
