Overview

The Accounts module gives you the company-level view of your data. Where Contacts tracks individual people, Accounts rolls those people up into the organisations they belong to — with their own notes, deals, tasks, and AI health score.

How accounts are created

Accounts are created automatically. When you add or import a contact with a company name, Revnator finds the matching account or creates a new one and links the contact to it. You can also create accounts directly from the Accounts page.

The accounts list

The Accounts page lists every company with search plus industry and country filters. Rows are clickable and open the account detail page. Bulk-select is available for deleting accounts in batches.

The account detail page

The account detail page has five tabs:

• Contacts — every person linked to this company
• Activity — a timeline synthesised from notes and tasks
• Notes — free-form notes with full create, edit, and delete
• Deals — every opportunity tied to this account
• Tasks — tasks linked to the account, with an inline "Add Task" form

Account fields are edited inline, and the right sidebar shows account custom fields and the AI Insights card.

Industries

Revnator ships with a 60-item, LinkedIn-standard industry list. The picker is searchable and supports free-text entry, and any custom industries you add are managed in Account Settings.
