Every account carries an AI health score so you can see, at a glance, which companies are thriving and which need attention. The score combines engagement, pipeline, and activity into a single 0–100 number.
When an account is analysed, Revnator gathers its linked contacts, its deals, its tasks, and the email engagement aggregated across all of its contacts. It passes that picture to AI and gets back three things:
On the account detail page, the right sidebar shows the AI card with the score badge, the risk pill, the summary, and the time it was last analysed. Click Re-analyse at any time to refresh it after activity on the account.
A high-risk account is one where the AI sees warning signs — stalled deals, falling email engagement, or no recent activity. Treat high-risk accounts as a prompt to reach out before an opportunity slips.
Alongside AI scoring, Account Settings includes a Health Rules section for defining your own deterministic health criteria. AI scoring and health rules complement each other — rules encode your explicit policy, AI catches the patterns rules miss.
