Tasks are the to-do layer of Revnator — calls to make, emails to send, meetings to hold. They live in the Sales Ops module and can link to any contact, deal, account, or mission.
The Tasks screen offers three views from one toggle: a List, a Kanban board grouped by status, and a Calendar laid out by due date. Use whichever fits the moment — list for triage, board for flow, calendar for planning.
Every task has a status and a type:
The Add Task modal captures the title, due date, priority, type, notes, and pickers to link a contact, deal, account, or mission. Clicking a task opens a 480px detail slide-over with inline editing and Comments and Activity tabs — completing a task triggers a small confetti celebration.
The filter slide-over narrows tasks by status, priority, type, due date, and assignee. Select tasks to bulk-complete or bulk-delete them.
Turn on the "✨ AI Priority" toggle next to the view selector and Revnator reorders your pending tasks by what matters most. It factors in the lead score of any linked contact and the AI score of any linked deal, and adds a short reason chip to each task explaining the ranking.
