Booking Pages

Booking pages let prospects and customers schedule time with you without the back-and-forth. You publish a page; they pick a meeting type and an open slot.

Creating a booking page

Create a booking page with the four-step wizard:

1. Name and slug — the page name and the URL it lives at
1. Meeting types — the kinds of meetings people can book, with durations
1. Availability — the days, hours, time zone, and buffers you are open for bookings
1. Confirmation — the message bookers see after they schedule

Availability settings

Availability controls when slots are offered: active days and hours, your time zone, a buffer between meetings, and an optional cap on bookings per day.

The public booking page

A published page is reachable at /book/[slug] and needs no login. Visitors move through a five-step flow — choose a meeting type, pick a date, pick a time, fill in a short form, and confirm. The confirmation step offers an .ics calendar file to download.

What happens on a booking

A completed booking is recorded in Revnator. Because the booker's details are captured on the form, their information flows into your data the same way a form submission does.
