Team & Permissions

Revnator is built for small sales teams. Settings → Team is where you bring teammates into your workspace and control what each of them can do.

Inviting teammates

From the Team tab, invite a teammate by entering their email address. They receive an invitation and join your workspace once they accept. You can change a member's role or remove them from the same screen.

Roles

Every member has one of three roles, each with a different level of access:

• Admin — full access, including workspace settings and team management
• Member — day-to-day access to work the CRM
• Viewer — read-only access

The permissions matrix

The Roles & Permissions screen shows a read-only matrix of eleven permissions mapped across the three roles, so you can see exactly what each role can and cannot do before you assign it.
