The Settings area is where you configure your account and your workspace. Settings is organised into tabs — this page covers the personal and workspace tabs and points to where the rest are documented.
Settings → Profile holds your personal details — your full name and your time zone. Your time zone affects how dates, due times, and scheduled sends are displayed to you.
Settings → Workspace controls the workspace itself: its name, which your whole team sees in the sidebar, and the custom fields available on account records.
Settings → Notifications is where you choose which events notify you and through which channel — in-app, by email, or both. Notifications cover AI suggestions, at-risk deals, the daily briefing, and billing events.
Settings → Defaults stores personal defaults such as your job title, company size, and industry — the details first captured during onboarding.
