Overview

The Reports module turns your activity into dashboards. It has four report areas, each with its own metrics, charts, and AI-written insights.

The four reports

• Overview — revenue won, pipeline value, emails sent, reply rate, tasks completed, and new contacts, with period-over-period comparisons
• Email Reports — a sent-over-time chart, a Sent → Opened → Clicked → Replied funnel, subject-line analysis, and a best-time-to-send heatmap
• Pipeline Reports — stage conversion, deals won over time, and win/loss analysis
• Tasks Reports — completion rate, tasks by type, overdue tasks, and a 12-week completion trend

Date ranges

Every report has a date-range filter with preset ranges plus a custom range. The selected range is stored in the URL so a report view can be bookmarked or shared.

AI report insights

Each report page has an AI Insights card at the top. It reads the data currently on the page and returns a headline, key insights, anomalies it noticed, and recommendations — a written interpretation of the numbers, not just the numbers.

Exporting

Report tables — top deals, email performance, task completion, and others — each have a CSV export button, and the Overview report has a Print button for a clean printed copy.
