Custom Reports

Revnator's reports are purpose-built rather than assembled from a drag-and-drop builder. This page covers the ways you can tailor reporting to your team: preferences, raw-data export, and AI insights.

Report preferences

Reports → Settings holds two workspace preferences: the default date range that every report opens with, and the currency used to display monetary values. Set these once and every report respects them.

Exporting your data

For analysis outside Revnator, Reports → Settings includes an Export Your Data section that downloads Contacts, Deals, Email Sends, and Tasks as CSV files. Individual report tables also export to CSV, so you can pull a specific table — top deals, campaign performance, overdue tasks — straight into a spreadsheet or BI tool.

Filtering for a custom view

The date-range filter on each report, combined with the type filters on Email Reports (campaign vs sequence) and the search pickers, lets you scope a report down to exactly the slice you care about. Because the filters live in the URL, a configured view can be saved as a bookmark.

AI insights as analysis

For interpretation rather than raw figures, the AI Insights card on each report writes up the data — surfacing anomalies and recommendations specific to the range and filters you have applied.
